The project focused on enhancing user activation, defined as successfully booking the first appointment, by improving the user journey from search to appointment confirmation.

This project was a self-directed effort rather than a client assignment. The main goal was to improve user engagement and satisfaction by streamlining the medical appointment booking process. Key features of the platform include sophisticated search filters for specialties and locations, comprehensive doctor profiles with ratings and availability, and patient reviews. These elements were designed to enhance user experience by making healthcare access more efficient and user-friendly. Using a user-centered design approach, I ensured that the interface was both intuitive and accessible. The advanced search filters enable users to find healthcare professionals that match their specific needs, whether by specialty, location, or availability. Detailed doctor profiles present crucial information, such as ratings, reviews, and professional backgrounds, to help users make well-informed decisions. Patient reviews provide additional insights from others’ experiences, further assisting users in their decision-making process.
By focusing on these enhancements, I aimed to reduce the friction commonly associated with booking medical appointments online. The improvements not only facilitated a smoother user experience but also contributed to higher user retention and satisfaction rates. This project exemplifies my commitment to leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and enhance everyday user interactions.
