The Istiqdam admin panel empowers administrative teams to manage complex domestic worker recruitment processes efficiently. My primary focus was on the interface design and creating a comprehensive design system — including multiple components and UI patterns — to streamline development and ensure consistency across the platform. Collaborating closely with engineering teams, I ensured that the UI was built to scale, integrate smoothly with legacy and official systems, and support high-demand usage without compromising performance or usability.
By delivering a stable, intuitive, and visually unified admin experience, the project successfully simplified a traditionally complex, highly regulated process. The design system and component library I developed continue to serve as a strong foundation for future feature updates, allowing the team to iterate faster and maintain a coherent user experience as the platform grows.
