Throughout this project, I led the entire design lifecycle — starting with in-depth UX research to uncover user behaviors and workflow inefficiencies. Based on those insights, I created detailed wireframes and flows for relationship managers, ensuring intuitive interactions. I refined the experience through prototyping and user testing, laying the foundation for a scalable UI and effective feature adoption.
Building a scalable UI design system was critical to ensuring a consistent experience across the platform. I paid close attention to visual hierarchy, clarity, and reusable components, which helped accelerate the design process while maintaining a high-quality standard. This project pushed my skills beyond visual design — it taught me how impactful UX thinking and systems design can be in optimizing performance, reducing user errors, and increasing business outcomes in fintech.
